It feels like GTA V was basically a dry run for this. You know when you're running around in the San Andreas desert, and just messing about? That has to have been something of a dress rehearsal for Red De
This next item on our list is located in Grizzlies East, New Hanover. Located north of the Mysterious Hill Home and East of Donner Falls, you will find a mysterious narrow path that leads to a hidden cave entrance. When you enter the cave, be warned that there are several creepy statues of humanoid-looking beings standing in a circle. Who put these statues here? And for what purpose? Is this the work of a cult? Who know
Are you enjoying your time in Red Dead Redemption 2 ? I know that I am. I've been chipping away at the game over the course of two weeks now, barely even playing the story. I know that I'm only about halfway through the story, if that, but that's fine. This is a game that's something of a miracle. Not only is it slow paced story-wise, but it's made almost every player take their time with it. There are so many stranger missions, animals to hunt, fish to catch, gang hideouts to wipe out, collectibles, and more, it's the closest that a game has ever come to making a real, living, breathing world. I don't think that this game could ever have been made before this generation, and it's nice to see a game that truly takes advantage of this generation, not just in its graphics, but in its sheer sc
Remember when Horizon Zero Dawn and The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild released in the same week last year? Despite Horizon being a phenomenal game-- some would say the best of last year -- Breath of the Wild still ended up dominating the conversation in the casual and broader gaming scene. I imagine that Red Dead Redemption 2 will end up being one of those conversation-dominating titles as well, which means it's likely better for Activision to just stay out of its way after release.
Don’t let the name fool you. The next batch of dreamcatchers you can find in the game still come from Heartland, but north of Horseshoe Overlook. Follow the tracks north of Horseshoe Overlook and on the left side of the "E" in "New" on your map, you’ll discover a large tree filled with the relics. They may be a pain to find and difficult to navigate towards, but these collectibles are really fun to see and include some breathtaking scenery as w
My go-to sidearms in this game are one Schofield Revolver and one Volcanic Pistol. The Schofield Revolver is the perfect counterpart to the pistol for a couple of reasons. It's one of the strongest revolvers in the game, Https://Www.rdradventure.com and also has an absolutely superb range for a sidearm. Even without the Volcanic Pistol, a pair of these makes an absolutely fearsome duo of weapons, with 12 bullets from these things doing enough damage to take down large groups of enemies at a t
I know that might sound like a dumb thing to say initially that Activision is scared of any game when touting their own prizefighter. Call of Duty has proven itself to be the juggernaut in the Fall window time and time again. As a famous meth-maker would say, they are the danger -- Call of Duty is the one who knocks; but not this year.
We're in an unprecedented year where we'll get to see gaming's highest selling annual franchise face off against the developers behind history's highest sold game. It's going to be a fun fight to watch, but come October, I think I'll put my money on the cowboy.
Although normally it's best to sell valuables, if you come across anything particularly rare, hold onto it. You often need a particular valuable to craft trinkets that boost your stats. To make a talisman, you need to head to the fence, and go into the craft screen. Here, you'll be able to see exactly what you need to make the item. You'll need a couple of animal pelts or parts, and a particular, unique valuable. They are well worth the effort, trust
Who doesn’t love horse riding? Horse riding in the first game was an absolute treasure. There was a true joy to exploring the Wild West on horseback as John Marston and that extends to Arthur Morgan as well. For the most part. While horse riding is still generally quite fun, the new realism based mechanics can make it a bit of a ch
You know in the tutorial, where your hat gets knocked off by an O'Driscoll? That makes it seem as though it'll always be easy to find your hat. Not so. All too often I've ridden off into the sunset only to realize that Arthur now has a rapidly developing sunburn. You can always get it back though. Your horse doubles as a traveling haberdashery, and if you go into its L1/LB menu, you can find all your hats in the bottom ri
While the beauty of the great outdoors and the interaction with the stars themselves are incredible to behold in this game, not everyone who encounters these rocks from space are lucky to make it out in one piece. Another encounter with a meteor comes from the Roanoke Valley area. To the northeast of the "A" in "Roanoke Valley," you’ll discover a home. Here, you will find inside the unpleasant remains of some people, where it appears a meteorite crashed into the home and decimated whoever was ins
